Show Up! Step Up!
Just add chalk dust and wheat paste
Howdy, friends.
We have a busy week ahead, with many ways to ranger. We’d love for you to join us for one or some or all.
First thing’s first: install for Museum of Reynoldstown (aka MoR), this week. Drop by 912 Wylie to see the opening moves, or reply to this message for volunteer times. Big fun.
Then this Friday, September 12, from 5 to 8p, please help us hopscotch the park, do small craft projects, and imbibe (we'll have sparkly water and Old Milwaukee). Come find us in the carport by the courts.
All of this is leading up to this Saturday, September 13: wheel! barrow! festival!
First, go spend money on neighborhood merch and concessions. RCIL rocks, and they spend that moolah wisely.
Then, from either 11:30a to 12:30p or 1:30 to 2:30p, come sit for us.
47 of you have already sat for our low-key astonishing porch portrait series. If you haven't yet, we can handle 15 people in each slot. Show up, or send someone who should be in it.
Literally 5 minutes or less. 994 Manigault Street, front porch. RSVP by replying to this email, or just come. Because "everybody likes getting their picture took."
We’ll round out the day with Water Cooler Club office party meets Playlist in the Playlot. A mashup you don’t want to miss. Upper Manigault Playlot, 1 to 3p.
Volunteers needed, between noon and 3p. Chalk ambassadors, and charm squad. Come nestle people onto picnic blankets, or compel children to be artistic with chalk. Reply to this message to join in the (guaranteed) fun.
Your Neighbors,
The Rangers
